What does the Additional Sensor Plan cost?
One flat $4.99 AUD/month plan covers sensors 2–10 on the hub. It is not charged separately for every added sensor.
Which sensors are supported?
Temperature, temperature and humidity, door, vibration, PIR motion and leak sensors.
How do alerts work?
Rules can be configured for conditions such as temperature, humidity, an open door, motion, vibration, leaks, low battery or a device going offline. App alerts are primary; critical SMS alerts are included with the paid plan.
Can I download records?
Yes. The dashboard can generate CSV monitoring data and PDF temperature-compliance reports for a selected period.
What happens if a subscription payment fails?
A notice appears in the app and dashboard and a five-day grace period begins. After that, the first sensor continues to report but additional sensors pause until billing is fixed.
How many people can access a hub?
The free plan allows one app user and one dashboard user. The paid plan allows up to four app users and four dashboard users.
Is this a substitute for professional compliance advice?
No. VEXIAN provides monitoring records and alerts. Your organisation remains responsible for its operating procedures and regulatory obligations.
